Question:

I have dated this guy off and on for about 4 years. About six months ago I started seeing this woman at the foot of the bed, when I would spend the night at his house. I didn’t know the person but she seemed kind and peaceful. I felt she wanted me to communicate with me. Then a month ago his mother was diagnosed with cancer she passed away 2 weeks later. A week or so after the funeral, he showed me pictures of his sister who passed away 20 years ago, she resembles the woman I had seen previously at the foot of the bed. I am assuming this is his sister, but why would i see her? Last time I stayed over I did not see her. How do I communicate should I see her again? How can I see her again? Thank you.

Question:

I used to practice astral projection. During one of my sessions as I was concentrating on my breathing techniques I became very agitated. I stopped trying to project and just tried to go to sleep instead. While laying there I realized that I couldn’t move. I was able to move my eyes though. I thought maybe I did project and didn’t realize it. My eyes started adjusting to the darkness in the room and I noticed there were 5 figures standing next to my bed. One of the figures jumped up on my chest and put what would be his face very close to mine. His face was like smoke and he had a very disturbing grin. I felt him sucking the air out of my lungs. I felt like I was going to die and I couldn’t do anything about it. Then for no reason at all I woke up.

I wasn’t aware that there was a connection with sleep paralysis and a figure sitting on your chest. I was very surprised to see Google finish my search for me. I guess my question is why is sleep paralysis involve these dark figures? I’ve read a few forums and the only answer i get is “classic sleep paralysis”. People only seem to associate “real” with “physical”. This happened to me and it was very real. I appreciate any info.

Greetings Brandon. First. What people call sleep paralysis is a term thought up by scientists that have absolutely no clue as to what they are dealing with. This is an astral attachment brought on by the fact that you have entered into the astral realm. That realm is not meant for living beings and once they have learned you energy signature they can follow you to your body, and in some cases attach themselves to your energy. There is an easy remedy to this problem.

You must densify your energy. Make sure that you eats something that has beef in it before you go to sleep.
2. You must cease all attempts to astral travel, and do no other meditation, or divinatory work for one month.
3. Keep a white unscented candle lit while you sleep, and make sure that there are no computer monitors or televisions on or plugged in for at least seven days while you sleep.

Following these instructions will stop the connection between you and the astral. You are not supposed to go into the astral realm. Peace.

Question:

A friend of the family has been experiencing strange things in her home which she finds very upsetting and worrying, she believes she has a very unfriendly ghost who means her harm. She said she would like to get someone in to find out more.

My husbands’ Aunt has dabbled with the Ouija over the years and agreed to go around and do one. As our Aunt did not know the family friend very well both my Mother in Law and myself agreed to go along.

We sat around the table for ages while Aunty asked if any spirits wished to communicate, but nothing. We took a break and the family friend and myself had a glass of wine and we returned to the board to try again.

This time the glass actually started moving, it spelt the name RITA, who the family friend believed to be her Aunt who had passed away some time ago. The board seemed to respond better to my questions and our friend believing RITA liked my voice encouraged me to ask it questions she wanted answers to.

After about an hour of communicating with RITA I took my hand from the glass and have no recollection of what happened next. I woke up in my own bed the next morning with violent sickness and diarrhoea and an extreme headache in the centre of my forehead. This lasted for 2 days leaving me totally drained.

My mother in law said afterwards that it was as if I just “switched off” when I removed my hand from the glass and I was unresponsive to anything they said to me and when she got me home I still said nothing any went straight to bed.

I had never done a Ouija before and would like to know if spirits can drain you like this causing physical symptoms.

I have always been sensitive to feelings in buildings/houses and have used Tarot Cards in the past, but never have I experienced anything like this.

BHi, I am trying to help my wife and children. They are seeing shadows or a shadowy figure in our home. I THINK I have seen it, but I passed it off as a figment of my imagination. My daughter is pregnant and she said she has seen this on quite a few occasions. The last time was night before last. She saw like a shadowy head keep peeking from behind the refrigerator. Over and over she said. Her bedroom door faces the fridge and she sd she could see it from thru the crack of her door. My son woke up around 3am a couple weeks ago, said he had a nightmare. My wife got up with him and she went to the restroom and left him n the livin room. A couple seconds later he asked, “mom, are you in the kitchen?” She replied, “no, I’m n the bathroom”. He told her he saw her shadow in the kitchen. My wife also sees this figure often. We have been in this home for 1 yr and 2 months and this did not happen at our last home. This is a one story home with no basement but ther is storage above the ceiling and ther is an access ladder that pulls down to get up ther. There is stuff that was left ther by previous renter(s): a mirror, boxes, some papers , etc. My wife is very frightened that this thing will cause harm to our children and in turn, this has got me concerned. I don’t know what to do to protect my family and ease their fears. Its usually the form and size of a child but my wife said she saw it in the form of a cat.? She said it was really weird and whileit was looking at my wife she said she couldn’t move, she was in a paralyzed state and was having a hard time breathing. What can we do to stop this? Move? Because we are considering moving just because of this. Please help. Thank you.

Greetings: You must first start by getting rid of everything that was left behind by the previous tenants.
2. Do an extensive physical cleaning of the home, and make sure that no stone is left unturned.

3. Have someone that is qualified come in and banish the energy that was left behind, and then seal the home. Not a medium, they will only make it worse. Someone that is well versed in spiritual house cleansing will know what to do.

4. Keep a single white candle burning in a safe place in the kitchen, and in the living room, and no smoking in the house, nor should you allow anyone else to.

5. Get an LED light, and give it to your daughter that is pregnant and tell her to sleep with it on, when she sleeps. This will abate the psychic energy. Please follow these steps, and I will further advise. Peace.

Question:

Greetings Ahura! I was sitting in a doctors office with my ten year old son yesterday. He was to see the Psychiatrist for ADD medication/evalutaion. This was our third time visiting his office. He seems nice enough, intelligent, and down to earth. I was in the middle of making a comment to him about my son’s behavior, when all of a sudden, seemingly out of nowhere, I felt a FLOOD of dizzinness come over my body. When I say flood, I mean STRONG! It felt as though I was affected by a gallon of whiskey all at the same moment. Of course, I was immediatly frightened, and since I was in the middle of a sentence, I tried to play it off as if there was nothing wrong, and quickly finished what I was saying. The feeling lasted at least five seconds, and then vanished just as quickly as it had occured. I briefly looked around the room to see if anything was there (spiritual) that could have caused that feeling. Of course I didn’t see anything, I have never been able to, but I can not shake the feeling that something was in the room with us, causing me to feel that way. My questions is, should I tell the doctor that this happened in his office, and what would I say? He would probably just think I was a nut case, as I assume he is exposed to odities everyday. Is it neccessary to say anything? What good could possibly come from it? I have no proof that it was not just me feeling dizzy, except to say that I know better. Thank you in advance for your assessment.

Greetings: I think that you did the right thing by not saying anything as there could have been just a passing energy that could have possibly been attached to the Doctor himself.

Also. It is unfortunate but the medical profession still has quite a ways to travel before it can accept that the paranormal is very much linked to conventional medicine.

That being said. Do not doubt what you have seen but investigation is in order before you say anything. If you have a similar sensation when you return, at least mention the vertigo.

Question:

When I was younger, my mother and I would see dark shadows floating in our home. My mother used oil and prayed over our home and eventually the dark shadows quit reappearing. Recently we had a family gathering at my cousins house. After looking at the pictures we could see abnormal lights around certain family members. Nearly every picture that had these family members in it contained circles and lights around them. We were talking on the phone about them and she said she and her husband had been seeing the dark spots/shadows in their home. While we were talking she told me the story about a child our cousin has adopted who is autistic. She said said she walked up to him while he was playing and started talking to him and he said he had a story to tell her. He told her that a little boy had been in a fire and his mommy tried to get him out. He said that she couldn’t get him out but the firemen came and got him out. She asked him were the little boy was, he mumbled and looked at her and said he was playing. She asked him more about the little boy and he said he was done telling her about him. One week before this a mile from where they were at a little boy was killed in a fire. The autistic cousin lives over an hour away and would not have heard of the child passing away. When she asked the father of the child about it, he shrugged his shoulders and said he had not ever heard of it, but the child does it all of the time. He knows when people are going to die.

She said that she felt like she has always been drawn to him, and she believes that it is because she has always known when bad things were going to happen. She said that sometimes she belives that spirits try channeling through people. After this both of our phones went crazy and neither of us could hear each other, but we could hear this white noise. It sounded like a man speaking. I was frightened and hung up the phone and called her back. Both of us felt something and we can’t shake the feeling like something is after us.

My question:
What do you think these dark shadows are?
Do spirits try channeling?
Are autistic children more susceptible to the paranormal?

Greetings and sorry for the delay: 1. Spirits do have a tendancy to reach out and communicate but not channel, because they cannot do so without being given permission.

2. That which we call shadow people are actually beings that exist in a parallel dimension and are alive, but because of the vibrational difference appear to us as shadow. To them we probable appear much the same way. The fact that they would be affected by our spectrum suggests that they are indeed physical as we are just separated be a dimensional barrier.

If we consider this them we must also consider that there are other physical planets like our earth…

Autistic children are no more susceptible to paranormality than anyone else. They do have a tendency to be more aware than those that are limited by conventional beliefs.

Question:

Hello.

I am a stay home mom of two girls, one 2 and the other 6. My husband and I have been living in a rented home for over a year. The home is about 20 yrs. old. We had never experienced anything strange, that is until recently. About 2 weeks ago I began experiencing a “burnt” smell (not cigarette, none of us are smokers and we don’t have a fireplace. The smell goes away suddenly as I’m searching for its source. The smell seems to be located in certain areas of the house, but changes to different locations each time it happens. I have walked outside thinking, perhaps is coming from outside from a passing car but it isn’t. Its definitely not coming from the air vents either. My 6 year old daughter has smelled it as well as my husband and we cannot find the explanation of where is coming from. It’s happening more frequently in the last few days. My husband is not a believer in the paranormal. I am a Catholic and have had experiences with the supernatural when I was young. Aside from the strange smells, we haven’t really seen or heard anything else and I haven’t felt threatened by the smell. Although, today, I did notice, from the corner if my eyes a shadow going into one of the bedrooms. I thought it was my dog, but it turns out she was downstairs the whole time. I admit I’m starting to get a little worried that it could be something “bad”. Please let me know what your thoughts are in regards to what my family is experiencing. Greetings Yanira: This sounds like a potential elemental. My suggestion is that you go to your Priest, and see if you can get some Holy water. When you get home, put some on your hands and touch each member of your family on the forehead. Next, divide the holy water into as many cups as you have rooms in your house. Add more water to each cup and read aloud Psalms 71, and 91. Leave a cup in every room, and this will stop the burning smell as it will also banish the elemental. Please do not fear. Remember that you are a child of God and therefore protected. Fight.

Thank you so much for your very helpful response. l did some online research on what an elemental is but I didn’t really find anything with a clear explanation. would you please mind briefly explaining to me what it is and if it’s considered malevolent. You believe it could be a potential elemental, it is a frightening thought since I read in some sites these are malevolent beings…having two small children at home, really worries me.

I called my priest but weren’t able to get into much detail about obtaining the holy water. we talked more about my family joining a new Parrish since we moved out of town. I will be attending this Sunday’s mass and will then join the Parrish and will hope to soon talk to a priest there.

In addition to me reading Psalms 71 and 91 and filling cups with holy water, do you think that maybe I can just ask the church for a house blessing, or do both?

In the meantime, I have been doing praying, Psalm 23 which is one of my favorite and I have also been reading out loud St. Michaels Invocation which I found on your site. Since I have been reading, no smell so since. I have been feeling sad ( in part due to marital and financial problems) but I feel like praying has helped me.

Is there anything else you suggest I do in the meantime, can I continue to read St. Michaels Invocation to find some peace and to keep my family and home at peace.

I am a sensitive and am part of a group of sensitives. We conduct paranormal investigations. We have been together as a team for 2 years and up until recently the recordings we got friendly. As of late it seems the spirits know us and are expecting us. The evp’s we have captured are not nice, push them, touch them, kill them, etc. We drink holy water in spring water for three days before an investigation and also pray before entering the site. Are concern is how and why are the spirits getting this way and how do we protect ourselves. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  -Amanda

Greetings Amanda: Someone in your group is not compatible with the others. You must find out what is going on with each member and help them fix whatever is happening. Remember that you are dealing with the spiritual and those that reside in it know your thoughts. You must establish some rules.

1. Keep all personal relationships out of what happens during investigations.
2. Anyone not feeling well, or going through emotional turmoil must never be present at an investigation.
3. All arguments must be settled before beginning an investigation, and if it cannot be fully settled, both parties must be expelled from attending.
4. You may never under any circumstances challenge the spiritual world. I don’t care what you saw on television. You would surely be inviting disaster.
5. and finally five. Make sure that NO ONE!!! Under any circumstances is on drugs, or has been drinking, and yes marijuana is a drug.

Question:

Approx.a month and a half ago, I’ve been hearing a voice in my pillow.
First, what will happen is I will feel the bed shift,(like something is moving around in the mattress). It will shake, not violently, just a little, but noticeable. Then the voice will come and say things through out the night, into the morning. There can be a human like growl, whispers of words -not all clearly-, a quick bell like sound-though not very often- and other weird sounds I can’t even describe.
My husband finally heard the voice, last week. He heard…”sleep”. Weather it was meant for him or me ? Then he heard me answer “The Voice” to questions he couldn’t make out. But, he did hear one answer, I said…”I love him”.
I moved out to the couch early one morning to lay down, and after a few minutes I heard something right in front of me, then I heard it in the pillow I was laying on in the family room.
It seems to be intelligent, because it will know where my head is at on the pillow. I now share a pillow with my husband. The Voice is still there.
We travel for my husbands work and stay at hotels for a week, and “IT” followed me. I am the hotel now and am desperate to sleep.
Someone recommended putting a bible under my pillow. I did this last night. It started off peaceful, then sure enough the bed started to shake, and “The Voice” came back. Then I would hear it say…”NO”. I also heard a scratch like sound on the cover of the bible. It shifted and shook the bed all night through to the morning.
I have asked it to leave. I have saged the whole house and took the mattress off and saged that, and pillows, but to no avail. I have laughed when it would make a noise. Nothing seems to work. I have even slept without a pillow and have used my arms and hands to lay on (this has been the most beneficial).
Please advise, I’m tired of it all, and so is my poor husband.

Greetings: You must get rid of the bed. Your actions have to this point been commendable but too physical. Remove the bed altogether as there seems to be something attached to it.

See if you can start fresh in your bedroom. Before you sleep on your NEW bed some rules need to be established.
1. Never argue in the bedroom. If you have issues with each other they must be settled outside of your sleeping quarters and you may not enter until they are truly settled.

2. Never sit or lay on your bed wearing the same clothes that you wore when you are out and about, I don’t care how tired you are, and try to keep your work shoes out of your bedroom, altogether

3. When you sleep, keep a single unscented white candle lit as it will stop most astral emanations.

4. Read Psalms 91 out loud every day for the next month in your bedroom, before you go to bed, and say a small prayer of love and protection for your family, and include this in your prayer: “Most Holy Father/Divine Mother. I ask that you send your mighty guardian angels to encamp themselves around and about my family to see to our safety and well being and to allow no evil to come near us, nor our dwelling place”
